— Yes (of course, he’s in the flesh).

Will he be condemned or rejected by God because of that? 

— No.

1 John  3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he CANNOT sin, BECAUSE HE IS BORN OF GOD.

God’s system of government which is HAGIOCRACY (government of the saints) is far more greater than DEMOCRACY.

A believer is not pronounced a sinner!
