Have you noticed the word LET in some significant places in the BIBLE? 
I’m going to show you a few. 
This word depicts total RELIANCE on Christ… That is, subjecting oneself to the manifestation of Christ. 
See this:
“Matthew 5:16   Let your light so shine before men,”
THE LIGHT IS IN YOU… ALLOW IT TO MANIFEST. 
“Philippians 2:5   Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:” 
THE MIND OF CHRIST EXISTS, IT’S SURE… ALLOW IT TO DOMINATE YOU. 
“Colossians 3:16   Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom;”
THE WORD IS FOREVER ABLE TO GRANT WISDOM… JUST ALLOW IT.
What you are in Christ will only manifest if your ego/religious pride will come down to think it not to be of yourself… (See. Ephesians 2:8, Galatians 3:2.) 
You’ll DIE trying to please God by your own way. 
Faith has it. 

(Hebrews 11:6 “But without faith, it is impossible to please God”.)
Forgotten so soon? 

— Anything done outside faith is A SIN! And the wages of sin is DEATH… Thanks to Christ. 
Are you a believer? 

— Subject to Christ, rather than doctrines (philosophies of men Colossians 2:8); Relax in him alone.
