Onesimus had a rough past. But became strong and useful in Christ.

"I appeal to you for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten while in my chains, who once was unprofitable to you, but now is profitable to you and to me. Philemon 1:10‭-‬11 NKJV" 

Get over the past, it doesn't define you. That's not you anymore. You're a new being in Christ. You stole in the past? You raped a lady in the past? You were a cult? You killed in the past? You fornicated and did all manner of wrongs? Did numerous abortion of babies? You feel condemned? Your past tries to find its way to pick on you, to hurt you? No. Christ solved that already. He paid the debt you owed. 

Do not give room for condemnation any longer. Do not let it breathe on you. See GRACE speaking for you. He did the start already. Rest! Rest!! Rest!!! In Christ, rest! Peace.
