CHECKMATE

I am a minister of God’s Word, a core fanatic of the gospel of Eternal salvation but trust me, there are a thousand and one things that the Bible will never teach you.

You got to improve on yourself in that area other than the Spiritual so that you may fit perfectly into this physical world.

Yeah, we are not of this world BUT WE ARE IN THIS WORLD, you must fit properly!

Properly.

With your head target-locked on the Bible, you may never learn stuff that would make you better cohabit with other folks in this world:

You may never learn How to make Money, it’s not just about working as loudly emphasised throughout the scriptures. There’s more about making the work yield a great fruit to your purse.

There are two changeless sources of solid happiness: first, the belief in God, and second, the habit of hard work towards useful ends.

– Willard

You may never learn How to please your spouse in bed or something. It’s not just engaging with a woman or a man that’s all to marriage, sexual intimacy is one thing. Stuff a spiritual leader or parents may not likely explicitly teach for the fear of indecency and corruption. Homes—christian homes—have broken to this cause.

A place without affection is a poor hovel, and the meanest hut with love in it is a place for the soul.

– Ingresoll

You may never learn How to relate with your colleagues at office or school, forming professional relationships may be difficult. Personally, I had this issue at a time, yet I was a Bible teacher. Everyone does not and cannot always come to reason with your perception on everything regardless of your certainty on authenticity. You need to know this, how different temperaments receive things (e.g your Gospel) and this the Bible may not explicitly teach. You will never find Sanguine, Phlegmatic, etc. (types of temperaments) in the Bible as in words or doctrine, but you will definitely find yourself among them in this world, everyday.

Friendship is the greatest opportunity to demonstrate our capacity for lofty and ennobling relationships without the motive of selfishness.

– Appleby

The list would be unending.

I would wrap up on this, add value to yourself other than the “spiritual stuff”, make GOOD AND DECENT use of the internet and every information at your disposal, win!

The word of God is not meant to quench your physical hunger, no, food does, and food by money, a law that has been from the foundation of the world, and the same applies to all in corresponding conditions.

God gives the Birds their food, but He does not throw it into their nests.

– Greek Proverb

Denying physicality is not the answer to our endless spiritual growth. We have to embrace what we are to properly fit into where we are without necessarily tampering with where we are headed.

Much love.
