Regret is a word dreaded by many and usually seems at the tip of our tongues when we wish we could have done some things better or even not have done it at all.
It’s human to always want to be perfect, free of every flaw; in this case, regrets but you come to realise that that very flaw makes you who you are.

To feel regret, we must have conjured up some alternative scenario or alternate world in which the choice we’ve made and the outcome we got are somehow, magically undone and we end up making seemingly “better” choices in our cooked up world, consequently, giving a better result. In an instant, reality dawns on us and we feel down as we are only humans, powerless against time.

Join Hagios Akins and I as we decipher the conceptual thinking of “What ifs” attributed to regrets.
