Oft times, we exaggerate our importance. We think we are indispensable. We think we are special. While this helps us to project a certain image to people—a sense of worth. This, also, is often the cause of our major disappointments; depression on a larger scale—when our fantasy meets waterloo in reality. Reality is truer: there’s always a better person. The earlier we understand this, the more we value what we have; the better composed and responsible we become; and the farther we are away from the feelings of disappointment and depression.
